Gifts of Cash
Gifts of cash include payments by check, credit card or debit card, or bank wire transfer. If you intend to transfer funds by wire, please see these instructions, and contact The Institute for Spirituality and Healthcare, Princeton, NJ Development Office by email at philanthropy@spiritualityandhealthcare.org or phone (+1) 609-683-1935 so that we may credit your gift properly.
 
Gifts of Appreciated Securities
There are often significant tax advantages associated with gifts of appreciated securities. You may be able to avoid capital gains tax and receive an income tax deduction for the fair market value of the stock at the time of the gift. You should consult with your financial advisor on the best way to maximize these benefits. Gifts from Your Estate

Gifts of Tangible Personal Property
The Institute for Spirituality and Healthcare, Princeton, NJ welcomes inquiries about gifts of real estate or other real or personal property. These gifts are reviewed by the appropriate committee at the Institute. A professional letter of appraisal and a letter from the donor stating that the Institute has the right to dispose of the gift in the future are requested.
